Rubio's Langostino Lobster Tacos
Looking for a little something more special than your regular taco or burrito? Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill is giving you a chance to break out of your regular routine with its seasonal lobster menu featuring lobster burritos, tacos, and enchiladas.
Rubio's is also adding its Chicken Tortilla Soup back to the menu for a limited time. The soup is back due to popular demand, thanks to the thousands of Rubio’s fans that requested its return to the menu.
Rubio's Langostino Lobster Burrito features Langostino lobster
drizzled with warm basil butter served in a warm flour tortilla. It also
includes fresh, handmade guacamole, citrus rice flavored with
lemongrass and lime juice, black beans, creamy chipotle sauce and salsa
fresca.
The Surf and Turf Two Taco Plate includes a Langostino lobster taco coated with warm basil butter and topped with slices of avocado, cabbage, cilantro and onion, and a lime wedge on the side (paired with a Rubio's grilled steak taco). The Langostino Lobster Enchilada Plate includes two enchiladas made with Langostino lobster, a blend of three melted cheeses, cilantro and onion, all topped with verde sauce, fresh avocado slices, salsa fresca and a creamy chipotle sauce. Both special lobster plates are served with citrus rice and black beans.
