Join the Golf Cart Crew for its 3rd Annual Halloween Parade! Decorate your golf cart and come in costume for this fun ride through town (spectators welcome). 

The pre-parade festivities will happen between 4:30pm-5:30pm so if you would like to tailgate & celebrate, please arrive early!

The parade will start at 5:30 p.m.

To be in the decorating contest, please arrive by 5:10pm. The winners will be announced at 5:20 p.m. and receive a $100 gift card. Winner categories include:

Greatest Group ($100 gift card)

Most Spooky ($100 gift card)

Fan Favorite ($100 gift card)

Parade Route: The group's goal is to avoid lights/stop signs and keep the large group together. The group also wants to pass restaurants and other locations to see folks and share the holiday spirit. The parade will leave Pacific @ 5:30 p.m. and cruise through downtown Manhattan to Hermosa pier. They will turn around at Pier Ave and head back to Manhattan along Ardmore Ave and end at Manhattan Village.

The group will arrive about 6:10 p.m. to Manhattan Village where there will be a large parking area reserved for carts to park together near Urban Outfitters. The group is invited to celebrate in the center courtyard, which is family-friendly and great for hanging out with friends. Food can be ordered and enjoyed in the area but please know that alcoholic beverages are no longer available to-go but can be brought.

If you will need to power up, there are a few outlets next to the EV charging stations in the parking garage so please bring your charger.
